Welcome!

Massage is one of the oldest healing arts: Chinese records dating back 3,000 years document its use.  Today, the benefits of massage are varied and far-reaching.  As an accepted part of many physical rehabilitation programs, massage therapy has also proven beneficial for many chronic conditions, including low back pain, arhritis, bursitis, fatique, high blood pressure, diabetes, immunity suppression, infertility, smoking cessation, depression, and more.  And, as many millions will attest, massage also helps relieve the stress and tension of everyday living that can lead to disease and illness.

My practice combines many massage modalities to address a variety of needs.  Swedish massage reduces stress, boosts the immune system and promotes relaxation.  Reflexology pinpoints problem areas, frees up electrical passageways and promotes healing in all areas of the body.  Cranio-sacral therapy can help relieve headaches, chronic fatigue, chronic neck and back pain and much more.  Sports massage can help you get back to your excercise routine or help you recover from an injury more quickly.
